Modern Fusion
For this Terrell Hills Estate, we embraced the essence of modern design with an industrial twist. This home epitomizes symmetrical elegance, balanced composition, and refined aesthetics. Concrete and steel elements infuse the space with a contemporary edge, while the warmth of wood accents adds a cozy residential touch. Noteworthy are the subtle universal design features, bespoke art installations, and a custom kitchen designed to support the owners’ vibrant social life. This residence proves that style and functionality do not need to be mutually exclusive, offering a timeless design where one’s unique vision of a ‘forever home’ can flourish.

“The Bradshaw team did an amazing job on our new contemporary home. We had never built a home before and we couldn't have done it without them. In addition to their design talents, they also insured that our construction process went smoothly. They worked well with our construction supervisor and helped avoid what could have been costly mistakes. We constantly get compliments on all elements of our home and we have Bradshaw Designs to thank for that!”
